Hi,
my Disco 1 service light came on at 66K miles. I've read about how to reset it, which seems pretty straight forward, but what exactly is supposed to be done? The manual says, "take your vehicle to your Land Rover dealer for a special emission related service to be carried out." which is LR speak for, "Bend over and take it like a man and give us your wallet first." What is the "special emission related service" and can it be done by someone other than the LR dealer?
Thanks.
