I have read that this type of oil is designed for higher torque applications, to handle heavier loads and operate in a wider range of severe conditions where lower viscosity oils won't provide the necessary protection. Can be used with spools or limited slip differentials. Let me know what you think. Friend has it in his disco, and the whine has been reduced drastically out of his box. Will it do any harm if he leaves it in? |

I run it in my front diff, and rear. ZERO leaks, great lubricity too. Fine to use it unless you operate in the Yukon. I saw -28 there once passing thru. A personal best. Alaska and Siberia should use lighter diff wt, but the vast majority can use it. Your call. |
