I towed a trailer over the weekend and the scumbag at the rental place spliced into my bumper running lights. Now my rear tail, running lights dont work, the rear aux fogs work but not the regular ones. My dash lights and lights behind temp controll stuff are out also, but blinkers work. I can't find a blown fuse, and after inspecting the rear lights the housing around the top bulb seems to be melted some. I am going to check for melt on the other side today but how about the dash stuff?? |

Mike, It seems like the dash lights go out when your rear lights go out to alert you to a problem. Hopefully when you fix the rears, the dash lights will come back on. |

Check your #8 fuse under the steering column, it's probably blown out. Then check the bulbs on your rear tail lights don't forget to check the reverse light also. |
