how do i adjust my idle...thanks!

Mostly its controlled by ECU and stepper motor. There is a procedure to set base idle (525+-25?)-
block hose from intake to stepper; pull tamper-proof plug from vertical hole beside throttle shaft; start, adjust idle with a hex key down hole. GOOD tacho is recommended, not dash instrument.
What is the problem you have? idle can get poor due to air leaks, problems in charcoal canister, stepper playing up, dirt/carbon under stepper etc.
