Hello, I have a 95 Disco 1. Whenever I turn the heat or ac on high or close to high.. I hear clicking sound behind the glove box, and the blower will cut off for a few seconds then cut back on .. operate fine for like a minute or so and then do it again.. Does any one know what this annoying clicking and malfunctioning could be>

The noise has to be a relay kicking on and off. Sounds like it is coming from the passenger footwell?
As for why or how, I'm at a loss, but it is definitely an electrical problem of some sort.

Judging from it only happening in the high position, it could be related to current and you might be overloading part of the circuit somewhere.

Have you added any aftermarket electrical components? Is the fuse the correct rating for the blower motor fan?
