Everytime it rains or I wash the truck, I end up with a puddle on the floormat on the passenger side. Investgation revealed that it is coming from around the blower motor. Anybody know how to stop this from happening, other than leaving it muddy and driving on sunny days? Paul |

It's either clogged sunroof drains or clogged ac drains. For the latter, crawl under your rig and search for 2 black rubber drains located on both sides of the (they look like the spray nozzel on a can of whipped cream). I've read that you can twist them and the will pull out, however this isn't how I solved my problem. I used a coat hanger and carefully inserted it into the drains to loosen any blockage. Then use a syringe or turkey baster to shoot hot soapy water into the drains, until the water coming out of the drains runs clear. Be advised there might be a lot of crap (leaves, mud, etc.) being flushed out so get out of the way unless you want to get soaked. This should take care of your problem, it did mine. |

Sorry Paul, but for some reason the word T*ranny won't show up when I post, and I don't know why. |

I had the same problem. Took it to dealer under warranty and they pulled the air condenser / blower box or what ever it is, and reseated it with new sealer. Mine hasn't leaked since. |
