Does anyone have firsthand knowledge of the D1 Adventure Rack weight with and without expanded / or plywood.
Any help is appreciated!

Thats just the bare bones.. I put mine on and off by myself from the rear holding it straight out so the damn thing cant be that heavy.... It starts adding up fast though....

55lbs. thank you, Blue. Now, what does expanded or marine / fin-birch add to that number, 40lbs. or more?
I'm half-way through a build on a 4130 .065 1 x 2" roof-rack build and I'm curious about total weight on a full-length D1 rack with flooring. I don't want to be too heavy before I even think about supplies!
