Author Message   Anonymous Posted on Saturday, February 23, 2002 - 08:43 am:    I am a first-time Land Rover owner. I have a '94 Discovery V8 with approx. 77,000 miles. Last week the check engine warning light on the dash lit up. I don't notice any difference in its performance, however. Spoke with the dealership and was told it could be almost anything (to include a loose gas cap) and we wouldn't know until they could check.
