It sort of comes and goes, without braking even...nasty noise, and happens more often in heat and when i turn right at like 30-60mphs. i think it might be brake pads or maybe allignment???? HELP!

Mud shield with something between it, or perhaps, a bent mudshield.

Probably not alignment.

Does it happen when you turn abruptly, or all the way, or does it do it everytime you turn? Does it only do it when you turn? Does it go away at higher speeds?

Front, rear? Right, Left?

What year truck, how many miles? How many miles on the brake pads? oil or grease in swivels? Level in swivels?

Inquiring minds want to know.

D1, 1996, SD, 75000...are the swivels cylinder behind the wheel? This only happens between 30-55mphs...
