I've just installed my SG steering damper relocation kit and have a few questions. None of these may matter but I like to double check. Does the frame bracket mount to the inside or outside of the frame? I'm assuming the bushings at the ends won't line up straight, but at an angle? It almost looks like the damper now intereferes with the oil filter removal, is that so? BTW, I've been running without a damper for a few weeks since I installed a DAP rear track rod and actually thought I could get by without a damper - WRONG!!!. It makes all the difference in the world. Amazing what you get used to. Thanks, Jay |

Jay, 1. I put my on the outside. 2. Yes, bushing will be at on angle. 3. My filter comes off fine, but it is close. |
