Help, please. Is it necessary to remove the driveshaft, as HAYNES says, or is there an easier way. Tried todo a search, but proceedure, that I've seen before, must have been on the old serever. Thank you tom |

no, don't need to drop the shaft, just push it all the way forward (fully compress shaft) and there should be enough of a gap to drop the roto out. |

When do you need to replace the rotoflex? Is this something you do at a given number of miles? |

The longest that one ever lasted on my truck is about 40K. If you're lifted, they wear faster. It needs to be checked for cracks/tears pretty often. |

My 94 has about 88k miles on it, just got a high speed vibration - over 60 mph - needs rotoflex. |
