At the risk of sounding stupid, does the ABS light come on if the fluid level is low? I don't have a drivers hand book, and mine came on today. As I'm several 100 miles from home I need some advice before I talk to the dealer and get a major bill for a simple fix......!!

no, BRAKE light will come on if fluid is low. ABS light is probably due to a dirty or malfunctioning ABS sensor. Not an emergency "major bill from the dealer" fix in my opinion... |
