There are many Disco friends that have had problems with bearings at 40-60k miles. What milleage is recommended to inspect/relubricate them, or are this Timkens "lubricated by life"? Thank you |

No there not a sealed bearing and i would repack them at least every 12 months if your an avid off-roader with a good quality grease. or after playing in the water for any extended length of time.. |

Front wheel bearings are Timken #37 if you need to replace them-shouldn't cost more than $25.00 each. If you see any scorching at all, replace them. Paul |

Kyle, I took a wild guess at that one, I have never been able to pack the con rods that good, mains are a bit tougher... Paul, Scorching might be tough put out the fire first. Ok hit me for being a smart ass... |
