While I was under the truck installing the new bumper caps I noticed a white electrical plug. Is that a plug for the foglights. My 99 Disco 1 SD doesn't have foglights. But if it is pre-wired for them all I would have to do is replace the air dam to one with foglight holes right? Thanks. Correct and add the interior switch along with the relay. |

I still don't know where to put the relay. I have asked a few times, but don't really get it. Maybe I'm just a retard, too. |

Here is how a buddy of mine did it on my 1999 D1: cut small strip (1 cm x 10 cm x 3mm) of aluminum sheeting to act as mounting platform for relays drilled evenly spaced holes in strip for mounting of relays attach predrilled strip to prexisting screws found just above the collision switch located back left of engine compartment (as you face your rover) Wish I could show you a picture, but no digital camera....I could call you and give a clearer explanation if you want... As far os the fogs themselves, better to place them on brush bar (if you have one) rather than trying to fashion holes in the damn dam (which is likely to just get bashed off in time anyway...) good luck....
