I Was strongly considering the ARB unit for the rear axle. Now I find that Maxi-Drive (Vacuum operation) will make a complete DSII kit (Which includes HD axles)available next month.
The ARB would be installed correctly with braided steel air lines and a 100% duty cycle compressor. Of course the ARB kit is even more if you add HD axles.
Could the Maxi-Drive locker be worth the effort/cost? Installation is definitely more involved. One concern is availability of spare parts here. I believe GBR has sole distribution rights of Maxi-Drive in the US.
