I have a 95 Disco and just recently the number 20 fuse for the front wiper and washer keeps breaking. I dont know what causes the blown fuse,pls help. Thank you. Mark |

You might have a short in the system. Say an exposed wire or something. Check the wiring with a multimeter. JK |
