Today while driving, the Amber HDC, TC, and ABS lights came on my new 2003 DiscoII (which i got yesterday,). They stayed on til i turned the truck off and restarted. Then there is a beeping sound....What is causeing this? should i take it down to the dealer or what?
Thanks
Will Roeder

It may reset, however I suspect you should report this fault to the dealer.

Take it to the dealer. Have the problems documented just incase you need to exercise your lemon law rights.

Yeah, maybe it read your post about not going offroad with it. Or, have you all been talking that talk around the house? :)

I must say, it's a good-lookin rig, looks better than all the promo shots I've seen, maybe it's the color.

lol maybe it did read that post.....:) lol

Took the truck to the dealer this morning and told them every little problem i could find on the truck and am getting it all taken care of. They think it may be a bad ABS sensor.

My 00 DII frequently does this. After many trips to the dealer to fix it they then claimed that the SLABS upgrade would fix the problem. To son after the upgrade to know.
One would expect however that an 03 model would have had the upgrade and the fault may lie elsewhere.
This is not a good start for their new model.
