I am trying to install an auxillary pair of fog lights to my D2 but I am coming across some problems. 1 How do I connect the lights to the battery terminal. 2 How do I get the wires through the fire wall. 3 How do I get it to look clean and stock. HELP........ |

It is expensive but I would (and did) go with the factory aux light kit. They have basicly thought of everything that you ask. It taps into the regular light system, it slides thru the firewall, and the switch matches the existing ones. I got mine fron Roverconnection.com . I think I paid about $200ish. It took a few hours to hook up and the LR manual is a bit weird but the end product delivered. Good luck....Dave |

Help is what you need. Find a local dealer and have them do it for you, otherwise you will have troubles. |

There is a fog light wiring diagram in the Tech section. It also lists the parts you need for a stock look. You may need a different switch than what is listed in the diagram for a D2. If your D2 is prewired for fog lights, you can probably just get the switch and tap into the existing circuit, as long as you are only using two 55W fogs. If you are mounting more than that, I would still use a relay and an appropriately sized fuse. If the diagram and what I said above is all greek to you, follow Anonymass suggestion and have a local shop do the install for you to avoid a fire hazzard. Good luck. |

If you use the fog light wiring, then you will need a dealer to enable the circuit via Testbook. |
