Help, in my 95 D1 I hear a little bit of sound out of the subwoofer, however no sound out of the rest of the speakers. Deck lights up and works fine. I took the sub out, moved it around and it started working, however it stopped again 3 weeks later... Any quick fixes, maybe a used sub unit?? Thanks in advance! Jason |

Did it myself once.

You don't have the dash mounted controls accidently turned down, do you? |

I've got the same problem. Unfortunately I think mine has something to do with the prybar that was lodged in there for a couple of days. |

I checked the controls, that for sure is not the problem... Any other thoughts? |

Sounds like it might be a bad ground. Check to see if any of the speaker / amplifier leads are shorting against any of the body metal. I had the same problem in my Disco 2. Covered the bare wire where it was shorting and all was back to normal again. |
