My disco II Calls for champion RCIIPYB4 plugs. I have always disliked champion and am looking for a cross over brand that meets LR specs. Any thoughts?

I've though a lot about those multi-prong plugs, and I've come to the conclusion that they're a marketing gimic. From my understanding of electricity, a current will flow throught the path of least resistance. Therefore, on a multi-prong plug, the spark will always go to the prong thats closest to the center, just like that of a single prong. Even a micrometer difference between the prongs will force the spark to use only one of the prongs.

What does everyone else think?
