'95 Disco the front door latches on both sides (front) stick and won't open by simply pulling the door handle. I can push on the outside of the door or bump the outside while pulling the handle and the door will open. No problems opening door from inside. Any suggestions?

They are adjustable. You can pull the inside door panel off and adjust them.

I had to do it on my 95. No big deal at all, just watch breaking the clips.

Finished the job on my 95 with no problems.(about 30 minutes I repaired both doors.) Get the hardware off the door and gently pull off the panel. Start on one corner and work your way around. Peel back the moisture barrier. You will see the adjustment arm. Flip the clip off of the rod and rotate (shorten) it about 7-8 turns. The best tool is a skinny arm to be able to get up to the clip holding the adjustment rod in place. Be sure to test the latch before putting it all back together. Really a simple adjustment.

I'm catching up on my reading and just came across this. Had the same problem on my 95 (even had to crawl in from the back door one time since BOTH front ones were stuck).

Simple temporary solution is to put some white litheon (sp?) grease on the part the latch strikes and open/close the door several times to lube it good. Takes care of the problem for 6 months-to-a-year (depending on how much rain you get).

Just to warn all those who might put it off for one more day... Last year in Colorado I was leaving for work at about 4:30 in the morning and when I went to "pop" open the door as usual I actually broke off the handle in my hand (it was about 0 degrees outside) needless to say I've been crawling over my back seat for quite some time. Just looking for some time to replace my door handle!
just for the record it is very hard to look cool after you pull a jeep out of a mud hole when you have to climb over your back seat and open the door from the inside.
