Does anyone have a rattle/vibration under the transmission shifter? It happens when you are accelerating and is similair to the sound you hear if you have a bunch of crap lying near the top of the shifter. Could a coin or something have slipped under the housing or is this indicative of a greater problem? Again, it doesnt sound like the transmission, more like something soley to do with the shifter... |

I actually noticed a noise like that just the other night. I was accelerating slowly up a very steep hill. I have no idea what it was, and it does not seem to be very persistent. But I'd be happy to answer questions for you if you want to try and narrow it down. I have a 96 D1 SE7. |
