My 96 is in there now for lifters. They were good enough to go a few rounds with the warranty company, but I still have to pay over what the warranty company will cover. Can't vouch for their work until I get the truck back.

Is it still run by Dawson in that Texaco?

If it's the same place, he helped me get home a while back after breaking a rear link and drive shaft(let me use his shop, some tools, and checked my truck for damage). He's a good guy, avid enthusiast, and good mechanic.

If they don't turn out to be legit, Robinson Service in Springfield, MA is good. So is Alan Elliott in Holliston MA. I've worked with both and would vouch.

I believe it is Robison, not robinson,Service. As for Dawson and Classic - he's a great guy. I have spoken to him a number of times on the phone and met him at a clinic at Atlantic British for their wholesale customers. We went wheeling after the clinic and if his Range Rover is a good indicator of his attention to detail and preparation, then he is also a craftsman!

Yep, Dawson.
Not at the Texaco anymore.
Moved to a nice spot on Commerce St.

Dawson is amazing when it comes to his knowledge about rovers, he has also hired a rover mechanic that was out of Guilford Ct Rover. His name is mike, and he has been trained on the new RR. he recently did a used vehicle inspection for me, know's his stuff.
