I think the T/C shifter is the shifter that puts in in four wheel drive but i'm needing a little input here

t/c in this case means 'transfer case'. What you have is the high/low gear selector extension.

well peter from the look of the question that started the thread then basically it is very clear that i don't know wtf the tc shifter is or i wouldn't have asked the question in the first place

and what does the good try! mean

if you know so much why didn't you just tell me instead of putting that ignorant statement that is already answered had you read my question to begin with

Blake,

in the DW photo gallery, i see your 98 disco with a whole shebang of mods listed -
Old Man Emu HD suspension
Limb Raisers
245/75 Dunlop Radial Rover RV (on-road)
32x11.50 on 16" GCR Black Steels
Bearmach Skid Plate
Bearmach Diff Guards
AB 50"X50" Roof Rack

and i see even some dirt on your truck.
Now you're telling me that you cannot come up with any idea what a t/c shifter is, to a point that you need to post this Q on the DWeb?

You've never had to have a fairly obvious question answered for you Peter? Never in your whole life have you ever thought to yourself, "why didn't I think of that"?

Well, then, when it finally does happen to you, I hope people are more kind to you than you have been to Blake.

Erik, of course I have asked a bunch of Qs for which the answers were rather obvious, but I don't remember myself bitching afterwards :)
