The headliner on my '96 is beginning to sag in a few places. Most are a hand or two in size, but I'd like to keep it from gettin worse. (Read: spending much money.) My idea was to cut a small slit and squirt in an appropriate adhesive, like 3M's 8090. While this product is intended for such applications, I've heard that the Rover headliner substrate doesn't like some adhesives/solvents. Any other reccommendations/tips/techniques? A search of the archives didn't turn any up.... Cheers |

MIne just started sagging, too. I would like to fix it instead of replace it. Will the spray adhesive work or will it stain real bad and eat away the foam on the headliner? Anybody got any ideas? Thanks |
