How is it done? Do you pre-install the brackets then install it? If so, how do you access the screws from the top? Oops, the seat is in the way. I've removed the front access panel, but there is no way to get a socket wrench in there unless you are Mickey Mouse. Do I have to remove the seat? |

you can remove that entire plastic casing and shield around the bottom of the seat. Look around and you will see the screws to do that.. then you have better access. |
