I have a 98 Disco with power seats and both are rocking on their mounts. Checked the base but the bolts were tight. My wife complains that its seems to be coming of its tracks. Plan to take both seats out but worried that I would not know where to start. The tracks have sufficient lubrication (just did it a while back). Any tips out there? Thanks

Have your wife help you. Get her to rock the seats while you look underneath. (Or vice-versa.) That way you'll know where to start, because I don't.
