I bought my '99 D1 used and all this talk about radio codes has me nervous. I never received the code with the truck. Is there a way to get it from the dealer? Todd |

Call any dealer with your VIN and they'll give it to you... I put mine on a post-it note inside the manual. If you have enough battery problems like I did you'll know it by heart soon... Chuckster |

the dealer couldn't get me the correct one off my VIN. if that's the case with you, pull the radio and have them look up by serial number, much more reliable. don't mess the code up too many times or else you'll be locked out. |
