Make sure the head-lights are on, then just pull the regular window-washer lever. definitely been there Robbie |

According to the manual that I have in front of me: The headlight washers operate automatically whenever the windscreen washers are operated, provided that the headlights are illuminated on low beam. Hope this helps, Santo 98 Disco I LSE |

I believe that the headlight washers will only spray every fifth or eighth time you pull the windshield washer, provided the headlights are on. |

if it still doesn't work then it's probably clogged. take out the tube connected to the washer fluid tank (the big black one it think) you will have to unscrew the tank out too. then use a compressor and blow air through it for a minute, it should work then. Smalls |

i had a problem with the windshield wipers not working and it was a pinched line, but I am inclined to believe the above advice.... turn your lights on. |

Have you checked your washer fluid level? may sound dumb, but I swear that my headlamp washers don't spray when the fluid is too low (not empty though) kind of like a built in safety mechanism, ie. more important to be able to wash the windshield than clean the lamps. |

Bryan is correct, it is a progressive fail. The last to go is the DS front windscreen sprayer |

The little plastic valve outside the resevoir probably does need to have a certain amount of pressure infront of it to push the fluid out to the headlight washers, but the lights do need to be on. |
