Fuel Sender and Steering Box on a '97...

I also have a leak on my steering box. How difficult are these things to replace, and can I do them myself? How much should these repairs cost? With a 4th kid on the way I need to keep costs down or my wife will make me sell my baby! Thanks, Gregg in Arlington, TX
