My 96 D1 slowly lost all reading of its fuel level at the gauge. Started by needle not going all the way to full and ultimatley not registering at all. Fuel pump seems to be working fine. Has the float fallen off or filled with fuel? Anyone know what causes this and an economical fix to the problem? I'd like to avoid buying a new pump just so the gauge works. Thanks! |

the fuel guage is seperate but located in the pump housing.you can only get them seperate on a r/r.you will need a fuel sending assembly. |
