Does anyone know what part number cross-references with the 95 Disco ac compressor clutch so that I can go to a local NAPA and get one? thanks.

No,

But see if there is a shim in there. If so remove and enjoy more compressor life.

Ron :)

What do you mean? Why would a shim be there? Thanks.

Kingfish:
I have had incredible luck going to a parts shop and using their "Lookybook", crossing from outward appearances. Sounds like it won't work, but this is how I have found crosses for the IAC valve, Fuel Pump, and most recently, door latches.

Usually, it gets you close enough. Once you find one that looks close, you can start checking things like width of pulleys, diameter of shaft, etc.

Good luck.

Guys, I found a cross ref on D90.com for the idler pulley on the AC. It is 62302-2rsj by Consolidated. Has anyone tried this?

Well I am looking at the Disco bearing and its a "Nachi" 30BGS10DST2 , this fits a 94-5 series compressor. I dont know if the later models are different or not... Perhaps that will help ya out

I'll try to stop off at a NAPA this weekend if I can find the time (fell thru my damn ceiling last night and the mother in law is coming tonight - time is tight) and check their books.
