i am looking at getting steel wheels all the way around on my truck...i have seen, and would like to get for myself the LR steel wheel...that comes as a spare on the D1's...its a five spoke like design...how would i go about getting these...thanks in advance

Jess, get them at junkyards/wrecking yards one at a time. www.car-parts.com is a good starting point, should be able to get each one at $35ish |

a lot of people trade their alloys for steelies one at a time here on DWeb - you ship them your alloy, they ship you their spare. |

the landrover dismantler in sacramento has a set for sell and I think he doesn't want that much like 200 or so. |

For a little over $100 more you can get 5 Wolf/Nato Steel wheels (new). Plus shipping of course. It's all who you know

German dealers will charge 50$ (tax included, plus shipping) dor each rim, makes 250$ the set.
TheWolf rim is excellent. VERY rugged, thick steel. It is a 6.5" wide rim so some wide tires might not fit. Looks more like the AR rim. |
