I got my ARB Bullbar today (airbag winch version). Gonna put it on Saturday. Any words from the wise ...besides taking it back for the non-airbag version! I'm doing it by myself, unless I can bribe my Dad with a case of Rolling Rock.

Thanks.

Check the tech section, there is an article in there on how to do this

Woody,
I put one on about 5 mo. ago. My words to the wise are to have at least one person to help you. And buy a long drill bit to drill throught the frame of the car. I used a 12" drill bit. It's one of the middle steps in installation and one of the last steps. It's an easy process just takes time to do it right with only two people from my experience.

Make sure you get both crush cans level before you drill the holes thru the bottom of the frame. You may have to use some thin metal strips to shim the cans in place before drilling. You would be suprised at how much the frame can be off side to side, as the ARB tech support told me "hey it's a Rover, Ha! Ha!' Once you get the cans mounted and try to slip the bumper over them, I found it very helpful to use a 2X4 to pry over the bumper over the cans, just put one end between the bumper and the steering protector. Good Luck!

Also, if your installing the headlight washers, make sure you don't overtighten the screw for them, they crack very, very easily.
