Sorry I moved this question over from EE since DWeb is back (yipeeeeeeeeeeee!)

Anyway, what I mean is, have I increased or decreased my side angle roll-over since I removed the sway bars, or does in not make any big difference?

Hmm , the roll angle has changed because the body is no longer limited. Geting to that angle will also come faster then when you had the bars. The body can also rock over where it couldnt before..

It'll be progressive now, and you'll feel it more. Unlike with the swaybars or ACE, when all seems tight and the wheels just up and flip you.
