Trying to find a mechanical expert/winch skilled person! my like new winch just died. solenoid makes a clicking/popping noise, and nothing happens? checked wiring and all tight. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance, carl |

You need to get a meter and check the output of all the leads. On the motor (Winch motor) you have an armature post and two fields. The Arm should be hot every time you hit the button no matter the direction. The field will get hot depending on the direction that you have selected on the controler.. Kyle |
