Anyone out there with Bearmach diff guards have any trouble installing them? I get them on the diff, start to tighten the bolts, and they pop off. Am I missing something? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is this for the Di or Dii, Is the outer raised area of the Diff intack no dents? Also is it fully seated against the diff housing?

Not trying to be a jerk I found those same quality problem that is why i started to make my own guards

Dee,

It's on a D2. There doesn't appear to be any dents, etc. on the diff guard. I can get the guard fully seated against the diff, but when I tighten the bolts, the guard "squeezes" of off the diff. I don't know, maybe the diffs are not quite circular, or the guard isn't a little out of round, I can't tell.

Eric,

No problem bustin' in on my post.

Kyle B, Not sure on that one, On the DII diff cover is it a 90 deg angle like the DI or did LR put a taper in it? I will have to hunt down a DII to check my measurements again...

Dee,

It appears to be a 90 deg angle. It seems like the guard is just a little too small, and it doesn't quite get around the lip on diff cover and get a good seat.
