Alright, here's one for you. When I'm offroad, and only when I offroad, I can hear a click coming from the front of the truck on the driver's side. It only happens when I hit a bump, but it doesn't happen every time I hit a bump. I'm thinking maybe loose steering components? It sounds like two things under tension clicking against each other. I can't get it to replicate by bouncing the truck in my driveway.

Also, my rear subwoofer stopped working a while back. I hear some sound (read: put head against screen and listen closely) but not nearly what it should be. Fried Amp? Loose ground? I'm going to be replacing that back door panel with diamond plate soon and I'm trying to decide if it's worth my while to fix the speaker or just get rid of it altogether.

Thanks guys.

about the clicking, could be the pan hard rod or your shock bushings. Pan hard rod goes from the fram to the axel the bushes there dont last long

not sure on the audio..

Sounds to me like a fried transistor in the amp. Personally I'd keep the subs and try to fix them. Id actually fabricate something else back there if your going custom, maybe a single 8" but with no sub the stereo is aweful in the Discovery. Of course the factory system even with the sub isn't that much better but at least is full range.
