Lately I've noticed my '95 Disco (62,000 miles) has been idling rough. I've been using 93 octane gas and a K&N air filter for the last 15,000 miles or so.
Wondering if this is a sign of dirty/bad injectors or what? How often should the injectors be taken out and cleaned?

Sounds like the stepper motor!!
Unbolt it, clean it out thoroughly, replace. I did this and my truck idled MUCH smoother.
This has been discussed numerous times in here so there will definitely MANY threads to read with some having pictures and step by steps. I've seen these threads in the past. Do a search and explore.

BG-44K fuel system cleaner and dump the K&N unless you live in a wet environment.
