I have a 97 Disco and no matter how often I change my wiper blades/fills, they still seem to chatter. I recently tried the Trico Teflon series. They work well when clearing a fully wet window. But under normal rain, the blades still chatter excessively unless I set the wipe speed on high. I looked at the blade angle against the window and it looks fine. By the way, I used to use RainX windshield washer fluid. I think that it is still on the window and therefore reduces the amount of water the wiper can "float" on. Any thoughts? |

Before going with Griots (which is great stuff) I'd first try a clay bar. You can find it at most auto parts stores. Just be sure to use lots of the lube/spray on the glass. You'd be suprised how much crap you can pull of your winshield and headlights. Todd |

bryan use clay magic on the front windscreen - its not the blades but more than likely the deposits on the glass. this can be caused by hard water, tree sap and general urban spew.... |
