Fault code P0441- Evap purge valve - incorrect flow fault- came up after OBD scan of check engine light. DOes anyone know what the heck that means? |

Just an educated guess here, but I'd say it's the solenoid just outside your evaporation (charcoal)canister. It controls the flow from the canister to the intake. It's easy to spot. It's under the hood on the passenger side, just above the fender well. It's a big, round black plastic can with two lines going into it, and a little round solenoid with some wires and a connector attached. Check the lines coming in/out, make sure they are not stopped up somewhere or disconnected, cracked, etc. Check the connections to the solenoid, make sure they are good. If they are, you may need a new solenoid. |

I was just reading on this and this is one of those codes that can be caused by the gas cap not being tight or a leak in the fuel system. |
