It seems the common method of disconnecting the ABS system is to pull the fuse. O.K. - which one? There is the 5 amp one under the dash and the 40 amp ABS pump fuse and 30 amp ABS valve fuse under the bonnet. I've also searched and seen it mention to disconnect the white plug in front of the ABS pump. Which is the best way - remove them all, just pick one?

I just pull the 5 amp one under the dash while I am pulling the airbag seems to work fine for me.

Just pull the multiplug on the module.

I have heard some put a fuse w/a switch to replace the inside 5 amp ABS fuse to they can turn it on/off at will. I think this is what I'll eventually do. I'd find a switch that wasn't easy to accidentally bump or flip.
