D1 or D2? Do you have, or do you plan on getting a bumper and winch? Do you carry lots of recovery or camping gear?

Well I use Rovertym springs so I cant give you any suggestions about what kind of OMEs to get but I can suggest that anytime you need something that is carried by Expedition Exchange, Discount Rovers or another business that specializes in Rovers you might want to think of getting it from there. It is nice to have these guys around and without customers that won't be possible. Just a thought.

Jess,
Call or email Nathan @ Discount Rovers http://www.discountrovers.com/
He has the best prices & can answer your questions as to what springs you should use. I have purchased alot of things from him & have always been pleased.

Jess,
I got my springs/shocks from Nathan at www.discountrovers.com, and was very satisfied with my service. However, I would suggest to you to use Expedition Exchange for OME spring purchases as they "match" their springs. I have had the Heavy Duty set up for a couple of months now and the passenger side is already sagging about an inch. EE "matching" their springs seems to me like a very good thing. Definitely try www.expeditionexchange.com

Oh, and as far as flex goes, the HD's will still let you flex, I've pushed it quite hard and have been very happy with the results. On one jobsite I work on in particular, i have to pull off the road through a ditch and I have it flexed up like crazy, if I"m down there this week I'll try and remember my camera. Later.. RS

Hi guys, I'm new here...but I may be able to help!

My Name's RJ and I'm a "jeep" guy...BUT, I LOVE Rovers. Big fan of the Discos and the old Series rovers especially.
Anyhow, I just recently started dealing ARB/OME/IPF stuff. I can get you the OME springs (HD or Comfort) for a very good price. I'm a small business right now and am only doing paypal and Money Orders...
You can check out my Page www.authorizedvehicle4x4.com (not much right now...actually doing my damnedest to keep this small LOL!!) I'm also a Moderator over on the Jeepsunlimited.com XJ forum (just so you guys know I'm not some deadbeat) my name's Tozovr there...
I don't want to compete with Expedition Exchange or Discount Rovers, or take business away from them...I'm just a guy hooking my JU friends up and since my Cousin/Partner just bought a Series II Disco, I'll be learning as I go...

Well, hope I can help!

RJ

Oh yeah, I just wanted to add that I run the OME suspension on my '99 XJ so I'm quite familiar with the line.
Let me know If I can help with tech specs on the springs....

If I want to do the "CB" lift, which rear springs to I want? Medium, heavy-medium, heavy, extra heavy.....lots to choose from. Rarely carry a lot of gear and I doubt I'll ever put a winch on it. Would like to put some 245/75's on it. Any suggestions? I would also like to keep a decent ride for road trips.
