I am posting for a friend who has a D2 - he has replaced the thermostat, radiator and condensor and fans. He has checked the head gasket with a 5 gas analyzer and it is fine. It still overheats slowly (up to 235F in about 40 minutes).

He is lost as to what might be the problem. Any suggestions or ideas?
