Anyone know a place that sells srew in/tack down metal panels like the ones found on the Tomb Raider Defender 110. I was also looking for floor panels. I figure the floor panels wouldnt be that hard to make but the door panels would take bending and lots of work. Didn't know if anyone knew of a place that sells them pre made.

Tom - I have not seen the Tom Raider vehicle but are they similar to the interior panels I made for my Track Toy? (second picture down on the link)

Yea the exact same thing, heres a link to the tomb raider rover: http://www.expeditionexchange.com/trd/indexmain.htm. There is also a pic of a Disco XD with it somewhere I will try to find it, same concept.

My guess is you are going to have to plan on custom. I'll take a look at my Disco in the AM. My BMW was pretty easy with the exception of the back panel which has three bends in it to cover the back seat area. I had to use a local machine shop to do it right.

I guess the first thing I need to do would be to find a place that sold British style diamondplate aluminum online or localy. You have any clue where I could find such an odd product?

Can't help you there. Although with patience you can create your own pattern on a sheet of aluminum. That's what I did with the 2002. A scotchbrite pad and a drill is all it took. I could have spent more time on it but opted to finish it rather than go for pretty.
