Where do you guys get the RCA input and the trigger wire for the amps that you put in the back that run the aftermarket subs?

Assuming you are using the stock head unit, many amps have speaker level or high level inputs that you just wire to the rear speaker wires. You can also use an external "line output converter" to change speaker level signal to RCA low level inputs for your amp. These options aren't the best for clean sound but for just a sub they should do fine. I have my amp/sub wired using an external line output converter wired to the rear speakers w/stock head unit for the time being but I will soon be replacing the rest of the system which will give me true RCA low level inputs for my amps. The sound quality is much better with a head unit with RCA outputs. For the turn on trigger wire you just need an accessory power source. For mine I just wired to the accessory wire at the stock radio and ran the wire to the back with the power wire I ran from the battery. I prefer to use a power antenna or amp turn on lead but my stock 95 Disco head unit has no power antenna output. This too will be wired to the aftermarket amp turn on lead when I get the new system installed.
