I tried searching, but couldn't find anything... has anyone had this problem? My venerable '94, with 195,000 miles on it has an intermittent problem with its seat belt chime. Yes, the belt is buckled, when the key is turned, you'll hear the high-low, high-low chime. Sometimes (usually) it will go out. Often, it will continue a single tone chime... other times, I'll be driving for a little while, and it will come on, sometimes for only a few seconds, other times for minutes. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Does anyone know where the chime is? I'll disconnect it if I have to... Thanks. |
