Superwinch X9 Solenoids okay, contacts okay Won't run, acting as if the brushes are dirty. I am planning on removing the motor tomorrow. Here's the question, its mounted on an ARB with soleniod box mounted, cables connected, cable spooled. What is going to be the easiest way to remove the motor? I am thinking unspool the cable, arg, and detach the cables to the motor and then just drop the whole winch and disassemble. If you have any tips let me know! Thanks |

How old is your winch? There is an "old" X9 motor and if you have one and ask superwinch they will send you a new motor if you old motor corroded itself into non functioning status Ron |
