maybe its just me, but after installing a snorkel and a wading kit, wouldnt you have to worry about the exhaust? i spent a bunch of money on fixing a transmission that got water in it, an engine that got water in it, etc etc, so i when i get my disco i wanna do the right thing about water |

i believe there is one dude who put it put the back pillar...to the roof line to keep water out...kind of extreme, but whatever suits you..later |

As long as your vehicle is running, the exhaust is not an issue. |

I have found it has alot to do with the shape of the exhaust pipe and length and the type of mufflers and cats. in deep water the water pressure can push the water line back up into the exhaust system, if the vehicle is sitting nose down the water line can go all the way to the cats causing water vapor to hit the valves causing premature failure. |
