Looking at a rear seat cover on ebay, it's listed as fitting '97 and older Discos. True?

Thanks,

Ken

Ken,

I don't know of any differences in the back seats... the one in the '95 is the same as the one in the '99 I had, except for fabric versus leather.

As far as the front seats go, the earlier Discos like my '95 have a seat that has grab-handles at the shoulders. My '99 had a normal headrest without the grab-handles. A seatcover that would fit one wouldn't properly fit the other. I think that in '97, you'll find both kinds of seat styles, so, take that into consideration.

FWIW...

PS: My guess is that it was originally packaged around '97, and thus advertised as '97 and earlier... no guarantees, but, that's my hunch....

I have a 98 and have been in a 97 as well and I don't remember any difference (didn't take a tape measure to them or anthing though). I would tend to agree with Leslie's hunch.

The back seats are different!

I own '97 NA Disco and the back seat does not have an arm rest that folds down in the center. I have serval friends that own '98 LSE / '99 SE NA Disco's and their rear seats do have the folding arm rest in the back seat.

Hope this helps in the rear seat mystery...
